THE GENDER EQUALITY INDEX: 82/100
We promote gender equality with a balanced workforce composition: 55% women and 45% men in our workforce, and 40% women and 60% men in senior management. In 2023, 82% of our employees participated in training, helping employees develop their skills, improve team performance, and enhance professional development.
In the 2025 Gender Equality Index, ED-Trans achieved a score of 82 out of 100. This result encourages us to further strengthen our commitment to gender equality. Our objective is clear: to reduce the salary gap to 2% within two years, based on objective criteria such as professional experience and skills.

A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO CAREER DEVELOPMENT
To achieve our goals, concrete actions are already underway:
Professional paths accessible to everyone
Our approach to Job and Career Path Management (GEPP) enables us to anticipate the company’s skills requirements whilst supporting each employee’s development.
In practical terms, this involves establishing a skills framework, identifying development opportunities and proposing tailored career paths: training, internal mobility or the development of new areas of expertise. At ED-Trans, this approach helps both the company and its employees prepare for future challenges while supporting long-term career development.
A fair remuneration policy
We are committed to continuing our efforts to promote equal pay between women and men in order to ensure fair recognition on the basis of equal skills and experience.
