Individually and collectively, we believe that our impact on society is best achieved through taking action. Beyond the legal framework, we are committed to being a cleaner transport organisation. More broadly speaking, we are taking on the challenge of better meeting the needs of employees and civil society.
WORKING CITIZENS ARE GETTING INVOLVED
Each year, as part of World CleanUp Day, our branches organise for our staff to clean up litter. On the digital side of things, we practise digital sobriety and implement the best practices of using computer tools.
Whether it’s using glass bottles, sorting waste, or using electric vehicles, we are making everyday choices for a cleaner planet
RESPECTFUL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Employees enjoy independence which is necessary for them to grow and develop. They are also involved in projects and working groups, because their voice matters. Non-hierarchical and participative management places individuals at the centre of the organisation and promotes their well-being.
ATTRACTIVE WORKING CONDITIONS
Right from the design phase, our most recent buildings have been built with energy efficiency in mind. Remote working has also been put in place, allowing everyone a better work-life balance. Friendly and joyful moments highlight life at the branch and between branches.
